Graphic Designer

The opportunity

Revo Fitness is seeking a mid-to-senior Graphic Designer who contributes strategic thinking as well as hands-on design execution. The right person will bring a fresh, thoughtful approach and help shape how a fitness brand can look, feel, and communicate.

This position will support the ongoing development of Revo’s visual identity across digital, print, events, activations, and in-club environments. You will work across campaign assets, social content, environmental graphics, and broader brand materials, partnering closely with the Head of Creative, the marketing team, and both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen and expand the brand’s visual presence.

Brand design and visual identity

• Create high-quality design work across social, digital, print, out-of-home, events, and club environments, maintaining strong craft and consistency.
• Refine and extend the Revo visual identity across every touchpoint with a cohesive and deliberate design point of view.
• Develop signage, environmental graphics, in-club collateral, EDMs, blog visuals, and campaign materials for both new and existing clubs.
• Maintain and develop brand guidelines so the identity is applied consistently across signage, presentations, reports, and internal communications.

Campaign execution

• Deliver creative assets across multiple formats, including EDMs, digital, out-of-home, and in-gym placements, adapting the design for each channel appropriately.
• Lead campaign visuals from initial brief through to final production across all media.
• Run design-focused briefings and reviews with agency partners, offering feedback that keeps work aligned to brand and brief.
• Work alongside the marketing agency and contribute to the direction and execution of campaign strategy.

Animation, video, and photography

• Plan, direct, capture, and edit photography and video content that aligns with the brand’s creative direction.
• Produce motion graphics and animation for digital assets, ranging from simple transitions to more developed brand-led motion that integrates smoothly with video and social content.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a design or marketing environment, supported by a strong portfolio covering digital, animation, and print work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery across multiple channels and formats.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Capability to develop animation that adds energy and dimension to the brand, from simple motion effects to more considered branded movement.
• Confidence in shooting and editing photography and video for digital channels, with the ability to blend animation into content effectively.
• Solid knowledge of typography, layout, and design fundamentals, with a strong focus on brand consistency.
• Experience using Figma or a similar tool, along with a practical understanding of UX principles, UI design, and developer handoff.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Strong passion for design and enthusiasm for developing bold, memorable creative ideas.
