Role Overview

The Graduate Solutions Engineer will play a vital role bridging customer relationships and technical solutions within the automotive ecosystem. This position is integral to the Dismantler Commerce team and offers broad exposure to varied projects with opportunities to develop and lead research and development for key customer experience improvements. This role involves hands-on work with Partly’s products, including the inventory management system and software applications spanning the Partly platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself as a power user of the Partly PIM and other platform applications to thoroughly understand customer workflows and parts procurement processes.
• Design, create, and execute customer-centric technical solutions aimed at enhancing onboarding and overall user success.
• Develop system integrations and collaborate closely with engineering by providing precise requirements and guidelines.
• Engage customers in testing phases to gather feedback and iterate solutions, balancing established success criteria and continuous product enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a STEM degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining concepts to both customers and internal teams.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, particularly with Python, Pandas, and SQL.
• Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to solving complex challenges and recognition of innovation opportunities.
• Ability to adapt and remain current with an evolving industry landscape.
