Graduate Management Training Programme Overview
The Graduate Management Trainee role offers you the chance to develop leadership capabilities and progress to become a branch manager in retail operations within approximately two years. Many senior leaders, including the CEO, started their journey in this programme.
The programme provides early responsibilities and practical exposure in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, supported by comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective handling of reservations, enquiry resolution, and building customer relationships.
- Engage with local business collaborators to expand your network and foster lasting partnerships.
- Gain insights into financial management, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss accounts.
- Manage operational aspects such as fleet oversight, strategic planning, and enhancing performance.
- Lead by mentoring and developing your team, with chances to manage and promote staff as you advance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is desirable, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Possession of a full manual driving licence for the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required. Exceptions are made for candidates unable to drive due to disability.
- No drug- or alcohol-related driving offenses in the prior five years.
