Gold Loan Executive

Overview

Connect Business Solutions is hiring for the position of Gold Loan Executive to work with their client Unity Small Finance, based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. This opportunity focuses on dealing with various loans including Business, Personal, Home, Consumer, and specifically Gold Loans within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• At least one year of experience in banking or BFSI sector with specialization in Gold Loan processing.
• Minimum educational qualification of graduation.
• Excellent communication skills, equivalent to Versant 5 level.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation and Work Details

The compensation includes a total cost to company (CTC) of ₹32,500 per month with an in-hand salary of ₹27,000. The position involves rotational shift timings.

Interview Process

• Initial Human Resources round.
• Operations round conducted face-to-face.
• Aptitude testing.
• Final client interview in person.
