Overview

Experience

A minimum of two years but less than three years of relevant work experience is necessary.

Work Conditions

The position is strictly on-site, with no option for remote work; all duties must be performed physically at the location in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain production and various operational reports.
• Coordinate and plan all project and worker-related activities efficiently.
• Develop and implement methods to achieve scheduled work timelines.
• Provide recommendations on personnel decisions and actions.
• Manage procurement and requisition of necessary materials and supplies.
• Oversee supervision of workers and ongoing projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Arrange or conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
