Full-time Package Delivery Driver

About the Role

Join a leading Fortune Global 500 company with UPS as a Package Delivery Driver. This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic, fast-paced setting delivering packages in residential neighborhoods. Candidates should be comfortable with physical activity, have good customer interaction skills, and hold a valid Ontario G or higher driver's license. Familiarity with local areas and map reading skills will be beneficial. Maintaining UPS appearance standards is required.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.
• Wages are paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Paid training is provided.
• Employee discounts available.
• Work location: 5325 Rhodes Drive, Windsor, ON N8N 2M1.
• Shift start time at 9:30 AM; daily finish times vary based on delivery volume, ranging from 5 to 10 hours.
• Workdays are Monday through Friday (five days a week).
• Initially an on-call position transitioning to guaranteed hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Ontario G driver's license.
• Clean driver’s abstract with no accidents and a maximum of 5 demerit points during the last 36 months.
• No traffic violations in the last 12 months and no more than 2 violations in the past 36 months.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds (35 kg) unassisted, and up to 150 pounds (68 kg) with help.
• Ability to read and navigate using map books.
• Delivery experience is considered an advantage.
