About the Role

National Marketing Projects Inc is seeking an experienced Backend / Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js to join their team in New Delhi. This on-site position focuses on developing and maintaining backend services and creating scalable systems with efficient database management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support backend services utilizing Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
Construct robust REST APIs and scalable backend architectures.
Design and enhance database schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Integrate external APIs to support application functionality.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain live production applications for stability and performance.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new features.

Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
Practical experience with Node.js.
Knowledge of NestJS or Express.js to build backend applications.
Strong grasp of REST API development.
Experienced in working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
Competence in using Git for version control.
Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred but Optional Skills

Familiarity with Prisma ORM.
Understanding of containerization with Docker.
Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis.
Experience with Next.js framework.
Operating system proficiency in Linux.
Web server management with Nginx.
Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure.
