Full-Stack AI Logic Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

Join TELUS International AI Inc., a global leader in AI and machine learning enhancement, as a Full-Stack AI Logic Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to training AI systems to emulate senior software engineers by writing and evaluating AI-generated full-stack code. This part-time, flexible work-from-home opportunity allows you to work within the 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time window, supporting our proprietary AI development lifecycle platform that handles diverse data types across 500+ languages and dialects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit AI-produced code primarily in Python and JavaScript to confirm functionality and compliance with best coding practices.
• Assess code security to detect vulnerabilities including SQL injection and buffer overflow.
• Create complex, multi-turn debugging tasks enabling AI to identify, clarify, and resolve coding errors.
• Enhance alignment between natural language commands and the resulting functional code.
• Evaluate AI-generated applications leveraging frameworks such as React and Django to ensure high-quality software output.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript, with additional familiarity in Java, C++, or Go considered advantageous.
• Native-level fluency in the applicant’s primary language.
• Intermediate English proficiency (level B1).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on clean and effective code development.
• Applicants must be Computer Science Engineering students capable of working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm IST.

Compensation and Other Details

• Annual remuneration ranges between $8,624 and $24,000 USD.
• Immediate joining preferred.
