About the Role

We are inviting a Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to evolving our supply chain sustainability platform. Your primary goal will be to design user-centric features that provide substantial value, leveraging modern AI tools that enhance our development processes across exploration, delivery speed, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software within a cutting-edge engineering environment integrating AI-assisted tools into everyday workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to craft user-friendly, high-quality interfaces.
• Participate actively in planning, technical decision-making, and product shaping discussions.
• Analyze customer needs and help transform them into accessible and usable solutions.
• Maintain rigorous standards for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience creating and managing production-level React applications.
• Strong focus on crafting intuitive user experiences that address real-world user challenges.
• Hands-on expertise with React and TypeScript; exposure to Redux Toolkit and Material UI is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of modern frontend system architecture, reusable component development, and application state management.
• Commitment to writing clean code and actively enhancing development practices.
• Enthusiasm to utilize AI-powered coding tools as part of daily programming activities.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude combined with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and openness to challenge existing approaches.
• Excellent communication abilities and experience working effectively in remote settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
