Fresher AR Caller - Night Shift

About the Role

Access Healthcare, a prominent healthcare BPO specializing in revenue cycle management and related services, is seeking fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience to join as AR Callers in their Chennai Ambattur IE location. This position involves a US healthcare voice process focused on Accounts Receivable calling. Prior expertise in medical billing is not required as comprehensive training will be provided. This is not a sales or marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in B2B communication with US healthcare entities regarding accounts receivable.
• Maintain clear and professional voice communication within the assigned process.
• Work assigned night shifts to support US operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
• Fluent English speakers with excellent verbal communication and no grammatical errors.
• Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in unrelated domains may apply.
• Willingness to adhere to night shift work hours.
• Ready to attend on-site work from the first day; no work-from-home options available.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range between 250,000 to 350,000 INR annually, finalized based on experience and interview results.
