Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure operational compliance and safety standards.
• Load and unload unit load devices efficiently within a fast-paced courier setting.
• Manage stock replenishment for consumable items to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform warehouse duties including stocktaking, housekeeping, and overall stock management.
• Handle documentation, labeling, and packaging of Dangerous Goods for road transport with comprehensive training provided.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) as per contractual obligations.
• Operate independently when necessary in a busy warehouse environment.
• Provide support at other Auckland-based locations as required.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Awareness of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in numeracy and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated responsibility in tasks.
• Commitment to quality and a customer-focused approach.
• Motivation, reliability, and the physical ability to handle lifting requirements up to 25 kilograms.
