Responsibilities

As the founding data scientist, you will design and implement advanced reasoning engines that convert raw, multimodal smartphone signals into trusted clinical recommendations. You will also establish the groundwork for a conversational medical assistant integrated with the platform.

Technical Environment

The technology stack includes Python, PyTorch, and git, with an emphasis on statistical methods, machine learning expertise, and signal processing across diverse input types.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of industry experience or a PhD with over 1 year in regulated sectors like healthcare or banking. You should have proven experience deploying machine learning models in production environments beyond prototyping stages. Backgrounds in psychometrics, mobile sensing, biomedical signal processing, or Bayesian healthcare research are highly appropriate.

Compensation & Location

The position offers a base salary between €90,000 and €140,000 annually, complemented by significant equity participation. This full-time role requires in-person attendance in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
