Role Overview

The Foreign Exchange Teller serves as the primary face of the company, interacting directly with both local customers and international visitors. Success in this position depends on creating a friendly and professional atmosphere while accurately addressing clients' currency needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming, positive environment for customers during branch visits and while communicating via phone and email.
• Engage actively with clients to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Exhibit adaptability and problem-solving skills when encountering new challenges.
• Communicate clearly and professionally regarding company policies and compliance with federal and provincial regulations related to Money Service Businesses.
• Commit to continuous training on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing laws and regulatory standards.

Qualification Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and internet tools.
• Proficient in advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
• Have at least two years of professional experience in customer service.
• Minimum two years of experience handling cash professionally.
• Reliable transportation or means to commute during branch operating hours.
• Capable of obtaining a Police Clearance Report.
