Sheen Falls Lodge is seeking dedicated Food & Beverage Assistants to join their team at The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge, and Stables Brasserie locations. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions and requires individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact warmly with guests to provide outstanding service experiences.
• Possess thorough knowledge of menus, including allergen information and make informed recommendations to patrons.
• Work in close coordination with both the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Adhere strictly to all applicable health and safety regulations governing food service.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a friendly and engaging personality driven by a sincere passion for excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage or similar service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exhibit professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Dependable and flexible with punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Terms & Conditions
