About the Role
State Bank of India is hiring a Floor Coordinator to be stationed at one of its branches in the Delhi-NCR region. This role is designed for graduates with at least one year of experience in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The Floor Coordinator acts as the first point of contact, facilitating a seamless customer experience and assisting in daily branch operations.
Primary Duties
- Welcome and help bank customers with their queries and services upon arrival.
- Direct customers to respective counters and clarify banking procedures as needed.
- Ensure orderly movement and manage the flow of customers within the branch premises.
- Assist branch staff to efficiently execute daily activities.
- Carry identification badges and record attendance through manual and digital methods.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and bank information.
- Adhere to the bank's guidelines and exhibit professional conduct consistently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Between 21 and 29 years of age.
- Minimum one year of prior experience working in the BFSI domain.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹24,000 (CTC) credited before the 10th of each month.
