  • Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and support compliance with company procedures and external mandates.
  • Track and manage accounts receivable collections and overdue payments; process supplier invoices and payments timely.
  • Perform account reconciliations for vendors and customers and maintain aging schedules for receivables and payables.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations; monitor daily cash balances; manage payment runs and electronic fund transfers.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and management of working capital.
  • Keep accounting for inventory movements and fixed assets up to date; assist periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation procedures for fixed assets.
  • Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and controls; participate in finance system upgrades and automation.
  • Assist in various finance projects and continuous improvement activities.

Experience and Qualifications
