Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee a team of 6 to 7 field employees and enhance sales activities. The role requires effective data management utilizing Tally software as well as proactive customer engagement and payment handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a group of 6 to 7 field staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize Tally software to maintain and manage sales data for better business insights.
- Proactively contact inactive customers by phone to reactivate their accounts and boost sales.
- Manage payment processing and ensure timely collections.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 8,000 to INR 12,000.
