Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Instawork is seeking motivated and dependable Field Officers to join their team in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The role involves regular visits to various commercial establishments to assist with the installation and operation of video recording equipment, ensuring the seamless coordination of daily recording activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to business locations and commercial spaces.
• Install video recording devices and educate business personnel on their usage.
• Assist businesses in capturing daily operational footage.
• Oversee and track the use of video equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide consistent support and guidance to business partners throughout the recording processes.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients.
• Complete assigned operational tasks effectively and on schedule.

Required Skills and Eligibility

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable performing fieldwork and engaging with clients directly.
• Basic technical aptitude related to operation and troubleshooting of equipment devices.
• Capable of solving problems and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in field sales or support roles is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary fixed at ₹30,000.
• Additional travel allowance amounting to ₹6,000 per month.
• Total monthly remuneration package of ₹36,000.
