Dev Plastics specializes in manufacturing road-safety equipment including signboards, road studs, delineators, traffic cones, and barricades. We cater primarily to contractors, dealers, and government projects and are currently expanding our field sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with contractors, dealers, and project sites within your assigned territory to generate new business and enhance existing client relationships.
• Assess customer requirements, present our product range and pricing, and successfully close sales orders.
• Conduct regular travel across your designated area and maintain ongoing communication with your accounts.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license, as the role involves extensive fieldwork.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently and cover your state regularly.
• Proficient communication with contractors and dealers in Hindi and the local regional language; fluent English is not mandatory.
• Prior field sales experience is advantageous; however, motivated individuals with a two-wheeler will be provided training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 plus incentives for every closed order.
• Reimbursement of all field-related travel and accommodation expenses incurred during tours.
