About the Role
Delhivery is seeking proactive professionals to join as Field Recruitment Executives in Hyderabad. This role offers an excellent chance to advance your career in HR Recruitment, specifically supporting bike rider onboarding for the company's delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard delivery bike riders efficiently for Delhivery's logistics services.
- Organize and execute recruitment campaigns through regular field visits.
- Communicate clearly the responsibilities, pay structures, and incentives to prospective riders.
- Conduct document verification and facilitation of complete onboarding process.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets related to rider onboarding.
Job Details
- Location: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India
- Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days per week
- Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in relevant recruitment or related roles
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹26,000 plus Provident Fund, performance incentives, and travel allowances.
