About the Role
This role involves recruiting and onboarding delivery riders for FirstCry, with a focus on sourcing candidates primarily through direct field visits and referrals within the Pune and PCMC areas. The recruiter will also be responsible for screening applicants, gathering necessary documentation, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth joining. The position calls for achieving daily recruitment targets to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit delivery riders and carry out their onboarding process.
- Proactively source candidates via in-person field outreach and recommendations.
- Conduct candidate screening and verify required documents.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews, as well as coordinate joining formalities.
- Consistently meet daily hiring goals.
