Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and regulate the deployment, productivity, and compliance of field teams within the region.
• Continuously monitor turnaround time (TAT), service level agreements (SLA), and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Detect performance shortcomings, potential risks, and areas for enhancement, implementing corrective strategies accordingly.
• Lead weekly and monthly operational reviews concerning field activities.
• Develop and deliver MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management review.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues affecting field workforce efficiency, establishing mitigation plans to maintain uninterrupted services and meet targets.
• Monitor and validate daily and periodic field tasks, guaranteeing stakeholders remain informed regarding progress, risks, and results.
• Coordinate field support logistics during festive seasons and periods of high business volume, ensuring proper scaling, escalation support, and readiness for peak demands.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of field operations, IT support delivery, and SLA/KPI management frameworks.
• Demonstrated competency in managing vendors and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical aptitude paired with advanced reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently under high-pressure conditions.

Educational Background and Experience

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in IT, engineering, operations, or a related discipline.
• Five to six years of relevant experience in field operations, IT service delivery, or support management.
• Proven track record in supervising sizable and geographically dispersed field teams.
