Job Profile
This role offers an opportunity to work locally as a Field Executive with Paytm Services Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra. The position features a straightforward work process with minimal training and attractive compensation enhanced by performance bonuses and health benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 15 to 20 shops daily within the local area.
- Promote and sell Paytm Soundbox devices, meeting monthly sales targets.
- Facilitate onboarding of shopkeepers onto Paytm QR and Business App platforms.
- Conduct daily field visits and ensure accurate reporting of activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed 12th grade education.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary ranges from INR 21,000 to 26,000 per month, with additional lucrative bonuses and incentives based on performance.
- Health insurance coverage worth INR 150,000 provided upon completion of documentation within one week of joining.
Additional Information
The work location will be in proximity to the candidate's residence to facilitate ease of commuting. A short training period of 3 days is required before beginning regular duties.
