Field Collection Executive

About the Role

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is recruiting a committed Field Collection Executive to manage and recover overdue payments from customers in Hyderabad. This role involves visiting customers' residences or workplaces to collect outstanding dues while fostering positive relationships, following regulatory and company guidelines strictly.

Key Duties

• Conduct on-site visits to customers to recover overdue payments promptly.
• Engage with delinquent customers to facilitate timely repayment follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements aligned with company policies.
• Confirm customer address and contact information during visits.
• Keep precise documentation of collection efforts and customer communications.
• Update daily collection progress reports using mobile or CRM tools.
• Comply rigorously with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with the Collections Manager for complex or escalated cases.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for collection and recovery.
• Maintain professionalism and positive company representation in customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: completion of 10+2; graduates preferred.
• Both freshers and those with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in collections, banking, NBFC, or financial service sectors is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle preferred.
• Basic competency in smartphone use and mobile apps.
