Role Summary

We are looking for an F&B Team Leader to play a vital role in shaping memorable guest experiences within our Food & Beverage operations. This leadership position involves overseeing daily F&B activities, managing and inspiring the team, and continuously enhancing service quality based on guest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Support and oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and enjoyable guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to perform cohesively and effectively.
• Respond constructively to guest feedback to improve service standards.
• Set and pursue ambitious objectives for the F&B department, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar supervisory or managerial F&B role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sectors.
• Strong practical knowledge of food and beverage services.
• Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with the local market is highly valued.
