Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping of storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas
• Dispose of trash appropriately
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory; request supplies when necessary
• Carry out any additional duties assigned

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

The position involves moderate hazards requiring safety precautions such as exposure to moving machinery parts, fumes, or chemicals. Use of personal protective equipment like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary. Physical aspects include standing for extended periods, moving outdoors, reaching various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, either alone or with assistance.
