Role Overview
We are looking for a Facilities Manager focused on ensuring the seamless operation of our site portfolio by providing efficient, quality-driven, and cost-effective facility management services tailored to business objectives. This role oversees maintenance, supplier relations, lifecycle management, energy optimization, and cross-functional teamwork to uphold safe, compliant, and dependable facility operations across multiple locations. The position reports directly to the Facilities & Procurement Manager and is based at our New York Support Office in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete scope of Facilities Management including energy/utilities, cleaning, waste, pest control, technical installations, building upkeep, and shopfitting maintenance.
- Lead FM category management by defining strategies, setting standards, supervising supplier performance, and enhancing cost and quality in alignment with global FM objectives.
- Lead or co-lead procurement and sourcing of facility service providers, supporting compliance and quality assurance.
- Monitor the condition of the property portfolio, identify investment requirements, and plan actions to maximize asset longevity and lifecycle efficiency.
- Support new stores and rebuild projects with operational input to maintain cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain facility plans that balance scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks to meet internal and external obligations.
- Ensure that facility services and projects meet agreed-upon requirements within the sales market portfolio.
- Enforce health and safety regulations in collaboration with suppliers and security teams.
- Provide prompt, high-quality service as an internal service provider to all brands and locations.
- Maintain precise data on assets, reactive work, and planned preventative maintenance within the global FM system (Planon), including capital and operational expenditure planning.
- Strive for high levels of system automation and data accuracy.
- Manage budgets by monitoring actual costs against planned expenditures and measuring service quality through predefined indicators.
- Oversee monitoring and reporting on site energy consumption, initiating energy-saving activities in line with global targets.
- Align facility activities with evolving business needs, providing actionable solutions to meet facility requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Market C&F Managers, Sales Management, Operations, and Global C&F teams to ensure coordinated facility strategy implementation.
- Participate actively in FM forums and promote best practice sharing.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Facility Management and Project Management are advantageous.
- Proven expertise in supplier and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English: advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Experience with activity-based budgeting and operational planning.
- Track record of managing external suppliers and contractual compliance.
- Experience in energy management is beneficial.
- Background in retail and exposure to large international organizations is a plus.
- Highly communicative, collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient in dynamic settings.

Compensation
The role offers a fixed salary of $88,800 annually. Please note this range is reflective of current market assessments and may vary based on candidate qualifications.
