About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruiter to join a top-tier Executive Recruiting firm specializing in the Hedge Fund and Financial Services sectors. This role demands a bachelor's degree along with a solid commitment to excellence, exceptional interpersonal capabilities, and a strong professional work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Concentrate recruiting efforts within the Hedge Fund and Financial Services industries.
- Engage daily with candidates and clients while managing search processes and marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting phone and in-person behavioral and technical interviews, performing reference checks, negotiating offers, and facilitating candidate onboarding and post-hire support.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as warm canvassing, referrals, database mining, industry newsletters, social networks, and attendance at industry events to identify potential clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough research on companies, sectors, and job roles to enhance candidate identification and placement strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or finance sectors preferred.
