About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to offer comprehensive support to senior leaders within a prominent financial services company based in Washington, DC. This position entails becoming a reliable right-hand partner to executives by enhancing operational efficiency, prioritizing tasks carefully, and ensuring leadership remains focused on core strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with both internal teams and external contacts.
- Prepare executives for engagements by assembling agendas, briefing documents, and managing logistical arrangements.
- Compose and oversee email communications on behalf of executives with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Develop presentations, reports, meeting summaries, and other high-level executive communications.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, enabling smooth workflow and document creation.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, coordinate administrative functions, and manage event logistics.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, proficient at multitasking, and follows through on assignments effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
