About the Role
Relevant, a bi-coastal entertainment public relations agency, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant based in Los Angeles. This role supports both a Partner and a Publicist who may be located in either New York or Los Angeles.
The agency specializes in publicity efforts for actors, filmmakers, production companies, and authors. This position presents a hands-on opportunity designed for career growth within the company, with daily interaction involving clients, agents, managers, executives, studios, networks, and media outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate logistics for client press activities including interviews, photo shoots, junkets, premieres, press tours, and travel arrangements.
- Manage booking for hair, makeup, and styling appointments.
- Perform various administrative tasks supporting the Partner or Publicist.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience working at a talent or management agency, studio, or fashion brand in a desk role.
- Strong enthusiasm for building a career in personal publicity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional writing abilities.
