Job description

Position Overview

The Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University is inviting applications for part-time observer roles within its Exam Center. Selected candidates will oversee examination processes at the university library building located in Tbilisi, ensuring orderly and fair conduct of exams during designated hours.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Observers are compensated with a daily wage of 38 GEL, inclusive of income tax and pension contributions. Working hours run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays considered working days during exam periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute exam papers within assigned sectors.
  • Inform students about their rights and responsibilities related to exams.
  • Distribute exam tickets to candidates.
  • Monitor exam proceedings to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Enforce students’ adherence to rules and regulations during exams.
  • Respond to students’ procedural and technical inquiries.
  • Collect completed exam papers from students.
  • Submit exam materials to exam center representatives.
