Role Overview
We are seeking an Estimator to join a prominent demolition contracting company located in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in demolition estimating, preferably with prior experience in demolition projects, though candidates with general construction estimating experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
The Estimator will be responsible for undertaking pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), preparing detailed estimates, submitting tenders, performing take-offs, and collaborating closely with colleagues across commercial, planning, and operational teams.
