Susquehanna seeks an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support and customer service for their Sydney office's corporate IT environment. The role involves collaborating with local and global colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects and solutions across the APAC region.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in support of office technologies like desktops, Microsoft Windows, and phones.
- Proactive and self-driven with capability to identify issues and resolve them by coordinating multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Strong troubleshooting aptitude and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including routing, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Experience with data center operations such as racking and cabling is a plus.
- Exposure to networking, trading room environments, and trading applications like Bloomberg is advantageous.
