Susquehanna seeks an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support and customer service for their Sydney office's corporate IT environment. Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in support of office technologies like desktops, Microsoft Windows, and phones.
• Proactive and self-driven with capability to identify issues and resolve them by coordinating multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong teamwork skills.
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including routing, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience with data center operations such as racking and cabling is a plus.
• Exposure to networking, trading room environments, and trading applications like Bloomberg is advantageous.
