Your Role and Impact

You will play a crucial role in evolving the engineering organization’s operations to increase speed and support ambitious projects. Success will be measured by your ability to clarify goals, create scalable processes, and empower leadership to make data-driven decisions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance efficient, adaptable operational frameworks that serve both small independent squads and large cross-functional programs.
• Drive strategic, high-profile projects spanning engineering, product, design, and business units, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
• Simplify complex problems through transparent structures promoting accountability and visible progress tracking.
• Partner closely with senior leadership by preparing business reviews, strategy roadmaps, and quality evaluations to facilitate informed executive decisions.
• Create tools and insights that speed decision-making and improve overall engineering team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development settings.
• Minimum of 2 years managing executive communications and stakeholder relations at a senior level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing complex large-scale initiatives in organizations with 100+ engineers.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary efforts across diverse teams.
• Extensive knowledge of optimizing engineering operations, enhancing developer productivity, and scaling processes organizationally.
