Role Summary
As an Ecommerce Coordinator at Bad Birdie, you will be the vital link ensuring smooth operations and revenue growth across our owned channels. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, your responsibilities will range from managing affiliate payouts and influencer sourcing to precise product launches on Shopify. The role is dynamic, requiring you to juggle multiple tasks such as coordinating with platforms like Impact and Upfluence, alongside maintaining quality control for product deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and upload products in Shopify, ensuring all imagery, descriptions, and metadata are complete and accurate.
- Conduct quality assurance on product launches to prevent errors going live.
- Oversee affiliate marketing operations, including product seeding, discount management, and tracking.
- Manage partner payments using Impact and maintain timely and accurate influencer payments through Upfluence.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer channel performance, reporting weekly with insightful context.
Success Criteria (3-6 months)
- Efficient and accurate product launches in Shopify with no missing assets.
- Execution reliability that earns trust from e-commerce and growth teams, enabling them to focus on strategy.
- Clear communication and responsiveness to affiliate and influencer partners.
- Consistent, timely payment processing for affiliates and influencers.
- Insightful weekly reports that highlight performance trends and anomalies.
Candidate Profile
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing operations, or related coordination roles, preferably within DTC brands.
- Proficiency with Shopify, Upfluence, Impact, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills capable of crafting engaging, voice-driven content.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective point of contact for vendors and agencies, capable of managing relationships independently.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a good sense of when to seek guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or background in golf or golf lifestyle apparel.
- Basic graphic design skills, comfortable using Figma or Photoshop for minor edits.
- Experience handling influencer seeding campaigns at expanding brands.
