Role Summary
This full-time, onsite position based in Jaipur involves managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce stores. Responsibilities include product listing and categorization, updating store content, monitoring daily operations, order tracking, inventory coordination, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify storefronts including product listings, collections, and theme configuration.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations such as order processing and inventory monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and design to align store updates with campaigns and brand standards.
- Update banners, promotions, and basic applications within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Utilize data and e-commerce metrics to identify and implement performance improvements.
Candidate Qualifications
- Practical experience with Shopify platform management and basic theme setup.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations including catalog management and coordination with support teams.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment.
- Competency in using spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking and analysis of products, pricing, and promotions.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous e-commerce or online retail experience preferred; familiarity with platforms like WooCommerce or Magento is advantageous.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, IT, or related disciplines is a plus.
