Role Overview

Kickstart your career in leadership by becoming a Duty Store Manager at ALDI. Key Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures and oversee shift activities.
• Provide direct, constructive, and motivating feedback to team members.
• Participate in onboarding and training new staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service, including operating the cash registers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves to ensure product availability.
• Monitor and address any safety issues or hazards promptly to maintain a safe environment.
