Role Overview

We are establishing our largest Supply Chain facility in Redbank, Queensland, representing a substantial investment in scale, innovation, and future retail operations. This opening presents a unique chance to be part of launching a cutting-edge Distribution Centre (DC) from its foundation.

As the DC Planning Manager, you will lead and shape the operational planning framework. This pivotal position requires you to manage the flow of operations, ensuring adherence to service goals and operational excellence every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow execution and comprehensive labour planning to handle seasonal surges, peak periods, wave planning, and slotting strategies for efficiency and agility.
• Act as the analytics expert by utilizing SQL, Korber WMS, SAP ERP, Power BI, and Excel to extract, analyze, and interpret data. Maintain master data accuracy and develop dashboards that empower operational decision-making with actionable insights.
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing Day in the Life Of (DILO) frameworks and finding innovative ways to improve slotting and labour utilization.
• Manage and motivate a team of 1-5 direct reports, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and engaged work culture.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading operations in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments, demonstrating expertise in distribution centre planning.
• Advanced technical proficiency with systems such as SAP ERP, Korber WMS, Power BI, Kronos, SQL, and AI technologies.
• Strong strategic problem-solving abilities, comfort with high-pressure environments, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a proactive approach to safety.
• Preferred qualifications include tertiary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business, as well as certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Project Management.

Start Date and Location

This role starts from 7th September 2026 at our Redbank, Queensland site.
