About the Role
Join the team at Specsavers Whiteley, where we pride ourselves on exceptional patient care and a supportive environment. As a Dispensing Optician, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and helping build a loyal clientele. Our modern store features six testing rooms and a team of 30 professionals, creating an engaging and clinically focused atmosphere that supports continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service to all patients.
- Collaborate closely with Optometrists to ensure a seamless and consistent patient handover.
- Handle aftersales support, including managing complaints and problem resolution with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Support individual and team sales objectives by applying effective professional sales strategies.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Possess strong clinical judgment and a hands-on approach.
- Demonstrate passion for continuous growth and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the team and with patients.
