Dispatch Rider

Overview

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider based in Lagos to manage offline package deliveries and app-based item pick-ups and deliveries efficiently. This role requires timely trip completions using ride-hailing apps, excellent route navigation skills, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages offline from the office to designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver items using ride-hailing applications such as Uber, Bolt, and Indrive.
• Accept and complete trips punctually through the Uber/Bolt app.
• Use Google Maps to navigate Lagos roads effectively.
• Handle payments securely via POS or transfer methods.
• Perform daily maintenance of your motorcycle to ensure safety and reliability.
• Provide clear and timely updates on delivery status.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Lagos State.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Hold a valid rider’s card.
• Own and operate a working smartphone.
• Have good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
• Be proficient in using Google Maps for navigation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₦250,000 to ₦280,000.
