Role Overview: Delivery Specialist

• Create outstanding customer interactions by welcoming and assisting clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist retail store activities including merchandising and upkeep.
• Provide excellent service during delivery of products to customers’ residences.
• Manage store collections through telephone, email, or in-person visits.
• Perform daily general maintenance tasks on delivery vehicles and store facilities.
• Deliver superior customer service throughout the moving process, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate and complete necessary paperwork with customers at delivery sites.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a valid full-class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Capability to lift heavy items weighing over 50 pounds and handle sizeable furniture.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on people and results, motivated to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Previous experience in roles involving customer interaction is preferred.
• Effective multitasking abilities and efficient work style.
• Ability to clear background checks covering criminal records, employment history, and driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $21 CAD, plus eligibility for monthly performance bonuses.
