Role Overview

The Delivery Lead will oversee comprehensive delivery processes spanning multiple Use Case teams within AI-driven projects. This role requires a blend of organizational foresight, technical insight, and leadership to navigate complex, fast-evolving environments. Your responsibilities will encompass early detection of risks and obstacles, development of scalable and reusable delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, and Business units, and providing technical guidance across platforms, integrations, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery efforts across various Use Case teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and blockers proactively.
• Create and refine scalable delivery systems that enhance efficiency over time.
• Facilitate coordination and alignment among Product, Engineering, and Business departments.
• Manage technical issue resolution across multiple systems and workflows.
