Role Overview
Join Reece Plumbing, Australia's premier plumbing and bathroom supplies provider, as a Delivery Driver based in North Mackay. You'll be a key member of the Trade Counter team, responsible for delivering essential products to trade professionals, supporting customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency in the branch and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver plumbing parts and products to customers using company vehicles.
- Manage order picking, packing, and inventory control tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse and branch.
- Offer knowledgeable customer service, helping tradespeople with product information both in person and over the phone.
Candidate Attributes
- Experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service environments, and a passion for assisting customers effectively.
- Capability to pick orders accurately, organize shop floor displays, and provide reliable product information.
- Familiarity with computer usage and eagerness to adopt new systems.
- Possession of a clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
