About the Role
Join Paydens Group as a Delivery Driver, playing an essential part in ensuring prompt and dependable delivery services within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This position demands a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while embracing a dynamic work environment.
Key Duties
- Ensure timely and precise delivery of pharmaceutical items to both residential and business clients.
- Follow designated routes and schedules unless changes are necessary to accommodate customer needs.
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance inspections and promptly report any damages or issues.
- Manage delivery documentation including invoices, ensuring customers sign off upon receipt.
- Maintain a courteous and professional interaction with customers to enhance their experience.
- Comply with road safety laws and company policies regarding vehicle use and deliveries.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a valid UK driving licence with a clean driving history.
- Experience in delivery driving or a related role preferred; however, training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage delivery schedules and routes.
- Capability to operate independently and confidently navigate varying routes.
- Excellent communication skills for positive client and team interactions.
- Dedicated to maintaining high health and safety standards both on the road and while handling goods.
Working Hours and Benefits
