Job Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Stock ingredients from deliveries into storage locations including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare pizza and related products as per company standards.
• Answer and process orders over the phone.
• Maintain inventory records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and store facilities.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages using a personal insured vehicle within designated areas, including transport to the customer's door and navigating various terrains.
• Deliver promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record complying with company policies.
• Must have access to a properly insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Possess good navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the delivery zone.
• Ability to manage adverse conditions, including multi-story buildings and various terrains while carrying products.
• Capable of performing basic math operations quickly and accurately.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and order processing.

Physical and Work Environment Conditions

• Tasks mainly performed standing; some walking on varied floor surfaces at store.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly; includes handling bulk deliveries.
• Ability to push or pull trays of pizza dough requiring moderate force.
• Exposure to hot oven surfaces, food fumes, cornmeal dust, and temperature variations (from 36 to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Must perform repetitive hand movements, such as shaping dough and manipulating pizza tools.
• Occasional climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance and delivery purposes.
• Work may involve adverse weather when delivering orders outside the store.
