The company seeks to modernize delivery logistics by providing instant payments to merchants, fostering confident and stable business growth.
Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site Delivery Courier role located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The courier picks up parcels from specified locations and ensures their delivery to customers on schedule, collecting necessary signatures or payment confirmations. Responsibilities include following pre-planned routes, careful handling of packages, maintaining ongoing communication with dispatch and support teams, verifying delivery details, addressing simple customer inquiries, and reporting delivery obstacles or delays. Maintaining accurate records, complying with safety and traffic laws, and delivering professional customer service are essential daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow delivery routes using maps or GPS, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Excellent customer service skills including clear and courteous communication and problem-solving capability when handling delivery-related issues.
- Physical aptitude to safely lift, carry, and load packages efficiently.
- Basic record maintenance skills for documenting deliveries, payments, and any discrepancies with accuracy.
- Possession of a valid driving license suited for the relevant vehicle and a clean driving record, along with knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Dependability, punctuality, and capacity to work full-time on-site under diverse weather and traffic conditions.
- Prior experience in courier, logistics, or delivery service roles is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Minimum education equivalent to secondary school with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
