Role Overview
We are recruiting a Delivery Consultant / Executive Search Associate to enhance our growing Global Consumer division. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters wishing to transition into retained executive search or industry professionals keen on developing a long-term career in executive search and leadership advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mapping of global consumer markets including competitors and leadership structures.
- Identify, engage, and assess senior leadership talent across international markets.
- Manage candidate outreach and evaluation discussions in detail.
- Support all phases of retained executive search delivery from briefing through appointment.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in managing candidate and client interactions.
- Generate market intelligence and talent insights for clients and internal use.
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
- Provide insights on market trends and potential business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in professional services, recruitment, or executive search; or relevant commercial/industry experience coupled with a strong interest in executive search and leadership consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Confidence in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial curiosity and understanding of business dynamics.
- High organisation skills, accountability, and keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, and motivated approach.
