About the Role

Join Blinkit Private Limited as a Delivery Rider responsible for picking up groceries or parcels from Blinkit's dark store and delivering them promptly to customers, aiming for delivery times between 10 to 20 minutes. The position supports flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, primarily requiring on-field work using a bike or scooter.

Responsibilities

• Collect groceries or parcels efficiently from the designated Blinkit dark store.
• Deliver items to customers within targeted times to maintain quality service.
• Operate Blinkit Partner App to manage orders and delivery details.
• Maintain high customer ratings and adhere to timing standards.

Compensation Details

Compensation is based on a per-order payment model supplemented by incentives and petrol allowance. Average earnings per order are between ₹20 and ₹35. Typical monthly income varies from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 under normal full-time hours, with high performers who work extended hours earning between ₹40,000 and ₹70,000. Earnings exceeding ₹80,000 are attainable through intensive work and bonuses.
