Role Overview

Join the Applegreen team in Galway as a Deli Team Member, playing an essential role in our front-line operations. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining operational standards and food safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare food items as required by the deli.
• Follow and enforce Bakewell compliance and training manuals.
• Manage stock control processes effectively.
• Create an excellent food experience to delight customers.
• Collaborate closely with management to meet weekly and quarterly objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable deli or food service role is necessary.
• Flexibility to work midweek and weekend shifts.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Ability to cooperate and foster a supportive team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
