About the Role

EFOR, a leading Life Sciences consultancy in Europe, is expanding its German team based in the Rhein-Main region, Germany. We seek a Data Scientist passionate about leveraging data analytics to enhance process monitoring and decision-making within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This full-time position requires on-site presence and the project language is English, with German considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Examine manufacturing and quality datasets to detect trends, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
Assist in statistical assessments aimed at process monitoring and verification.
Create dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support operational insights.
Participate in initiatives for process optimization based on data-driven evidence.
Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Validation teams.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
Convert complex data analyses into understandable and actionable business insights.

Candidate Profile

Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Experience in data analytics within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
Proficient in statistical analysis and interpreting data.
Familiarity with process monitoring and handling manufacturing or quality data is advantageous.
Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or R is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Language Requirements

Fluent professional English required.
German language skills are beneficial.
